Kdyby t\u0159eba chodila alespo\u0148 do obchodu p\u011b\u0161ky a tahala by t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed ta\u0161ky, tak to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 bude m\u00edt opravdu pozitivn\u00ed vliv na to, \u017ee vlastn\u011b bude m\u00edt n\u011bjak\u00fd pohyb. Nemus\u00ed t\u0159eba ihned b\u011bhat. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee hodn\u011b siln\u011b ob\u00e9zn\u00ed lid\u00e9 by nem\u011bli b\u011bhat v\u016fbec.
